Ingredients

  • rump or sirloin steak
  • 3 juicy tomatos
  • bunch of spring or Salad onions
  • seasoning
    • paprica
    • or Allepo chilli mix
    • or Cumin and corriander

 

Method

  1. season the steak
  2. melt a chunk of butter in the frying pan then cook the steak to just before done. Set aside to rest
  3. in to the frying pan add thick chopped spring onion and halved tomatoes
  4. when almost done slice the steak and add back to the pan juices and all to finish cooking
